Footing Complete

Yesterday morning, the concrete guys came and built the forms for the concrete footing. The inspector gave us the thumbs up early this morning and the concrete guys were done with the pour before 2pm.

The panels that you see in the dirt (plus more on the trailer) will be used for building the concrete wall base. Once the footing and concrete wall is done, they will strip the forms then do some drainage and utility work. After that, they will backfill much of the dirt that was removed for the footing. Framing is scheduled to start the week after next.
